Adding your virtual Card to your mobile wallet lets you pay for on-trip expenses — like meals and taxis — with a simple tap on your phone. Spend data automatically flows into the system, making it easy for your travel administrator to reconcile expenses and for you to track spending, eliminating the need for cash advances and reimbursement delays.

Before using your virtual Card for on-trip expenses, confirm with your organization that this is permitted. Some organizations restrict virtual Cards to booking purposes only.

Pay with your virtual Card on mobile

Once your virtual Card is added to your mobile wallet, you can use it to pay at any physical store with NFC (Near Field Communication) payment terminals.

  1. Open your mobile wallet and select your virtual Card. On iPhone, double click the right button to open wallet.
  2. Hold your smartphone near the payment terminal.
  3. Authenticate the payment using your device's security method (e.g., fingerprint, PIN, facial recognition).
  4. You will receive a notification on your mobile device, confirming the transaction.

Note: Your virtual Card can only be added to a mobile wallet once per device. If you delete the Card from your wallet, you cannot re-add it to the same device. However, you can add it to a new device when you change phones.

Track your spend

For added security, verify each payment by checking your virtual Card transaction history in the platform.
