  • Spend – Missing receipt declaration now available

             The missing receipt option should be used when the merchant has not provided a receipt, or when a receipt has been lost. Neo1 automatically presents a statement for the user, and they can simply check the corresponding box to accept.




  • Travel – With the new workflow, booking trips for different types of business travelers is easier

            With the new workflow, booking trips for different types of business travelers is faster and easier.  The enhancement streamlines the booking process and allows users to validate and add mandatory details that are required to book a trip. This change ensures mandatory information for a traveler is known before the trip search process commences, simplifying booking.
