Key enhancements

Event travel policies for Guest Travel & Expense

Event planning now comes with stronger guardrails. With event travel policies, you can define the right travel rules for each event—so every guest booking aligns with the event’s intent, not a one-size-fits-all company configuration. This helps teams scale guest travel programs with more consistency, less manual intervention, and clearer governance.

By making policy configuration part of the event setup, the platform strengthens compliance by design: display only permitted categories classes and rates, define booking windows and have different policies for different guest type. Rules are applied automatically at booking time — supporting better control without slowing down the guest experience.

Centralized company billing (BTA) at event creation

Centralized company billing (BTA) at event creation BTA is now a native payment option inside Guest T&E, alongside Lodge Card, Virtual Card, and Personal Cash.

Admins can choose BTA when it fits the event. Not every event needs it, but when it does, it's there. For organizations that already run BTA programs, this is full alignment. Event travel finally sits inside the existing payment framework — no workarounds, no manual fixes.

Eligible travel is centrally billed from booking, and transactions flow straight into the Guest T&E solution for automatic reconciliation.

Fewer reimbursements to process. Fewer card incidents. Cleaner audit trail — particularly relevant for clients in regulated industries such as HCP clients. The event drives the rules — payment included
