Purpose
This guide provides instructions on how to request a password re-set.
There are two ways to request a password re-set:
- Option 1: Contact your System Administrator, request they trigger a password re-set email on your behalf (although, its easier to request this yourself)
- Option 2: Select 'forgot my password' from Neo1 login page (easiest method)

Once a password re-set request has been generated, an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. Click on the link and follow the instructions to re-set your password.
