We will work with the card Issuer on any problems relating to using Cards in the platform and keep you informed.


Support from American Express is available to virtual Card holders directly via a dedicated servicing team which can be reached via a toll free number.


Please call 844-751-0188 if issues are experienced using virtual Cards either online in person at a merchant. 


If you suspect any fraud or see suspicious transactions on your statement, please call either this number or the number on the back of your physical funding card to begin an investigation as soon as possible.
