Audience: Admin


Purpose


In this article, we will cover how to manage Recipients under Settings > People, as an Admin. Recipients are an important component of the spend manage experience, as these are the individuals that receive goods or services. It is important to document the recipient(s) associated with an expense for tax and general accounting purposes. 


Create a recipient 

While recipients can be created on the go by users as they justify expenses, they can also be created and managed by Admins. 


 Step 1: Click Settings




Step 2: Click People





Step 3: Click Recipients





Step 4: Click Create recipient




Step 5: The Create recipient window will open. Enter the data for each field and then click Confirm
