Purpose


In this article, we will cover how to manage people groups. This will help to determine the impacted people as it relates to spend rules. 



Managing a people group


Step 1: Click Settings



Step 2: Click People



Step 3: Click Groups



Step 4: There are a number of system defaulted people groups available within Neo1. These groups are segmented by employee and non-employee options. Find the aligning group for your desired recipient, and click Edit (pencil icon)


Step 5: Add the Group member(s)


Step 6: Click Modify group to confirm your changes
